2. Take a sip of water.
3. Swish around your mouth for 30 seconds, then spit.

ABSOLUTELY! When developing our TANITABS tablets, we carefully selected scientifically proven ingredients that are safe for human health and the environment. They are also formulated to our highest standards in our own laboratory.

You can check our references page for scientific studies on the effectiveness of HAp and xylitol, two key ingredients in our oral hygiene tablets.

We use 10% HAp (a concentration proven to be as effective as amine fluoride toothpaste in preventing demineralization). We also use organic xylitol at a 25% concentration—higher than the industry standard for better protection.
